The idea behind this feature is to suggest a room design which complements our members’ listings, to serve as an additional draw for Interior Designers & Decorators, and to eventually feature  thousands of Interior Designers on our website. It will also promote cross-selling and help with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of each listing page.

Our constant drive to improve efficiency, improve visitors’ web experience, and further improve our members’ sales rates led us to add this new capability to our website.  We proactively sought out a way to accomplish these goals, and this new feature is the result of some of those efforts. Since this new feature will showcase a designer’s talent, it will help them, while helping our members sell their listings at the same time.

Portals and search engines are great, and can be very useful, but when searching for specific quality items, or a certain “look,” they usually send you on a frustrating, fruitless scavenger hunt, wasting your potential customers’ time; we believe the valuable time of designers, decorators, and other potential customers deserves more respect.
